Profile
I'm currently attending the London College of Fashion, where I am undertaking my
degree in Women’s Wear. Once I have completed this, I hope to do a masters in a
more specialized area of Women’s Wear. After this I hope to work for an
established textiles company until I have gained enough experience to branch off
on my own.

Experience

All Saints Sales Assistant

Jacks Place, Spitalfields, London
June 2010 – January 2011
As a staff member of All saints flagship store my duties included working on the tills,
fetching sizes and other things for the customers, serving customers, being on the
shop floor, helping out in the stockroom- i.e. replenishing stock, sorting through
deliveries and sometimes pulling an all nighter in order to sort the stock out for a
sale etc. Occasionally I was also lucky enough to witness first-hand the design
process, as Jack’s Place is where All saints design the majority of their clothing.

Arlingtons Waitress
Ipswich
August 2008 – June 2010
My duties included serving customers and bringing food to their tables within the
environment of a busy restaurant. During this employment I learnt good
communication skills and an awareness of customer needs, as a lot can go wrong
within a restaurant.
Degeros bar staff/waitress
Ipswich
November 2007 – August 2008
I was often left in sole charge of the bar, which involved dealing with drunken
customers, serving drinks, setting-up and clearing away the bar. I also had to wait
on tables, clear away glasses and generally keep the place clean.

Girls love roses sales assistant

Ipswich
December 2006 – February 2007
My main tasks were working in the changing rooms and keeping the shop floor
organized and tidy.

Mortimer’s Seafood Restaurant waitress

Ipswich
March 2004 – August 2006
My job was mainly to wait on tables and prepare desserts ready for serving.

Red Mutha general Helper

Brighton
August 2006 – September 2006
Over the summer I did some work experience with a shop called Red mutha who
specialize in recycling clothes from charity shops and turning them into new out-
going designs. I helped with making accessories and sewing bits.

Interests

My interests obviously encompass fashion but outside of this I also enjoy general
art such as paintings and sculptures, both traditional and contemporary, watching
films of all types from Hollywood to foreign and independent film, and also most
notably traveling. I have visited many countries including Morocco, most of
Western and central Europe, some of Eastern Europe, Hong Kong and much of
India. I also enjoy communal practices such as socializing and generally being in
the company of people.
