defined results by working on through its stages. Having project management gives the organization many benefits than not having it. The complexity of a project can be successfully simplified through careful planning, scheduling and controlling until closing. Project management creates a clear project plan, defined schedule, resources maximization, realization on the cost of a project, determined limitations and discrepancies thus creating other alternatives and backup plans, and it is a way for managing the team with its goals in order to create an orderly process with quality control that will benefit the organization and its customers. Lastly, the goal of any businesses is to ensure that the benefit outweighs the cost. Project management is an important part of any businesses to lessen mistakes of the past and be reminded how work should be done considering the constraints the organization faces.
