modelled as shorted antenna. Plane wave assumed.
Inverting Pr and considering shorted antenna as model for target on immediately gets that
rcs_min=1/(4*pi)*St*lambda^2*G^2
The question is poised, no numbers, there's no need for MATLAB script, even in symbolic only.
