 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In this report there is a detailed explanation about the pros and cons
of the Education system, While getting to know about the education
system, i was literally shocked to know the obstacles faced by
people. The report mainly consists of the challenges faced by
students, parents, graduates and working professionals and also the
experiences they got from it. And there are many ups and downs
faced by them. The report has a detailed explanation of each and
every point. When I went through the survey, I learned many new
things and the pain that people have gone through at the time of
education.

In this research my main objective is to know the problems faced by

people and issues faced by them in their career growth.
The issue is not with one generation.Everyone at one point has faced
challenges in their life time.I have went through different categories
like students,parents,graduates and working professionals, some
have skill and don’t have enough money to get educate.They have
interest to learn and have dreams to achieve, but financially
weak.School students have major issues with school timings and
there is lack in practicality of learning and they are sitting hours and
hours continuously in room surrounded by four walls.

Coming to graduated students, this is a completely different

scenario. Here students have skill and also practical knowledge, but
there are no jobs for some people due to fate or somewhat else.

Unemployment is one of the biggest challenges facing graduate
students.
I have done my survey with all categories and come to know the
positives and negatives of the education system. The analysis is
done through category wise and my key finding to some of those
liabilities faced by people is for example when we consider
school students practical learning should be implemented. A
lifeless mechanical system of teaching in overcrowded schools
and colleges imposed by far from competent teachers on
students whose only interest is to get through exams has been
bane of our education. Physical activities like playing hours
should be increased so that the relaxation will be there and
programmes such as Meditation,Yoga e.t.c.., should also get
implemented. Likewise for graduates who are not into
employment.They should know their interest and go through
career by choosing a sight path with patience. They should
believe in hard work and they should try to learn or update to
technologies and try until they succeed.
