FEATURES OF THE HÄGGLOADER

• Hydraulic system powered by electric motor.
• Deutz diesel motor for tramming.
• Unique digging arm system loads the muck
onto the conveyor, which then fills the haulage
vehicle with a constant flow of muck.
• The conveyor can be raised and lowered to
suit the loading height of different haulage
vehicles. This makes the 10HR capable of
operating in ramps as steep as 1:7 going down
and 1:5 going up.
• Dozer blades clean the sole effectively thus
eliminating the need for manual clean up.
• The digging arm system can be used for lifting
and scaling.
• Continuous loading directly at the face makes
forward and reverse travel superfluous
resulting in reduced tyre wear.
• Built in sprinkler system controls dust
effectively.
• Electro-hydraulic drive provides low installation
and energy costs, and maintains good air
quality due to the absence of diesel exhaust
fumes. The 10HR is also highly suitable to
work together with electro-hydraulic drillrigs.
• The Häggloader is operated from a well-
protected position, which provides a good
overall view of the working area.
• The digging system can be repaired with
standard sheet metal.
• Front and rear axle steering provides excellent
agility and the ability to travel sideways in tight
confines.
• Our optional back-hoe system provides
excellent flexibility.

independently, allows the Häggloader
10HR to operate with a great variety of
vehicles.

BACK-HOE DIGGING SYSTEM

For ordinary tunnelling, the traditional dual digging

arm system is preferred. However when digging
trenches, cleaning up the tunnel prior to lining or
handling soft material, a back-hoe digging system
is more useful. Both types of systems are
available for all our Häggloaders and switching
between the two is easy.
