Inc.. Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions: Does the access to
mobile phones affect studying of students in QTVSI?, What is the negative and positive
effect of mobile phones to the students? And What is the importance of mobile phones?
This study was conducted at Quintinians Technical Vocational School, Inc. with
the senior high school Grade 11 students that serve as our respondents. The main
instrument used in the study was questionnaire-checklist. The questionnaire for the
students is consisted of three parts. Part I are the sex . In part II is the level of
effectiveness of mobile devices in independent learning while the part III is the statement
of the problem However, the questionnaire for the senior high school consisted only two
parts. The part I is their sex while the part II is their observances to the Grade 11 students

Educational tools like mobile devices are the tools of the teachers use to teach
their students. Good educational tools have a big impact on the students learning since
subjects gives the students idea on how their knowledge can be applied in real life
situation. Through this, teacher will be able to make his strategies in teaching more
effective and meaningful. It is much easier also for students to learn and understand their
lesson as well as acquire the skills necessary in the field if they use mobile device.
Further, the adequacies of mobile devices that will support the students’ effective
learning also have its own demand in the educational system (Albarico, et al. (2014)
