Mdubane Electrical & Projects (Pty) Ltd t/a Mdubane was established by Themba
Magagula & Zwelithini Mathe as a Private Company. MEP has a rich history in the
truck maintenance, -repair and -refurbishment environment stemming way back
since 1993. In its present format as a Black Owned Company in par with South
African legislation, however, Mdubane has built up a reputation second to none in
the industry.

We work according to Dekra ISO 9001:9002 quality standards and our truck repair
workshop facilities as well as staff expertise are highly valued amongst other by our
main clients consisting of the SANDF and ARMSCOR.

AIM
The aim of this profile is to convince you to inspect and evaluate Mdubane in order
to be registered as an approved service provider regarding the maintenance, repair
and refurbishment of medium and heavy vehicles.

QUALITY
Mdubane has since worked according to the German DEKRA ISO 9001:2000
quality certifications.

Our Planning Department monitor the same on a daily basis and all non-
conformities and/or client queries are professionally handled and investigated. If
need be special investigations are referred to professional tertiary institutions.

All repair- and rebuild jobs are done in strict accordance with OEM prescriptions
and -specifications

PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

Production lead times depends on the individual tasking that is negotiated with the
client.

AUTOPLAN SOFTWARE.
In order to back-up transparency, Mdubane has implemented the AUTOPLAN
computer program. The basic principle of this program is that the quotation
becomes the job card and the job card becomes the invoice. As such, each and
every detail performed during the repair/rebuild process, will be reflected on the
final invoice. A very important feature of AUTOPLAN is the ability to link and store
to a specific job card photos of each item as well as technical reports.
