THAT WE, MICHAEL R. FUNTILAR , of legal age, Filipino, and with Philippine
residence at 089 Abraham St., Tiaong, Baliuag, Bulacan, and NINO MARIE RICHE F.
FUNTILAR, do hereby APPOINT, NAME, and CONSTITUTE PACENCIA R. FUNTILAR, of
legal age, Filipino, and with residence at Ilang-Ilang St., Rocka Vilage, Plaridel, Bulacan, as our true and
legal representative, to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To POSSESS and TAKE CARE of the necessary documents, papers, instruments, receipts
relating to the PAYMENT OF THE APPROPRIATE CAPITAL GAINS TAX regarding
the transfer of a parcel of land covered under title no. _____________ with an area of
_______________ square meters with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in the
Province of Bulacan, who died on April 30, 2009, and as agreed upon by way of an
instrument entitled “Extrajudicia; Settlement of Estate with Absolute Sale”, executed on
_______________, and as recorded on the Notarial Register of Atty. Cristobal R. Fernandez
IV (Doc. No. ____ ; Page No. : ________ ; Book No. : ____________ ; Series of 2018), a
copy of which is hereto attached ;

2. To submit, process, the above-mentioned items and pay the necessary fees with the Bureau
of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Register of Deeds (RD) of the Province of Bulacan in
connection with the accomplishment of the above-mentioned ;

3. To receive and possess the necessary clearances and documents from the BIR and RD and
other government agencies in connection with the above-mentioned undertaking ;

4. To do any other act/s relative to the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purpose/s.

HEREBY GRANTING unto our said representative full power and authority to perform and
execute every act necessary to render effective the authority above given as though we ourselves have so
performed it; and,

HEREBY APPROVING all that he may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution of his
person and revocation of this instrument.

LAMPASAN) dated October 9, 2020, a copy of which is hereto attached ;

2. To submit, process, the necessary documents, papers with the Bureau of Internal Revenue
(BIR) and the Register of Deeds (RD) of the Province of Quezon in connection with the
accomplishment of the above-mentioned undertaking;

3. To pay the necessary fees, taxes (Capital Gains Tax) and other charges with the above-
mentioned government agencies (BIR and RD Quezon) for the accomplishment of the
above-mentioned ;

4. To do any other act/s relative to the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purpose/s.
