 INTRODUCTION
• Dairy production is an all-inclusive activity,
related to animal care, reproduction, feeding,
and management. It is defined as all those
aspects and activities relating to rising of dairy
animals during their various phases of life to
get wholesome milk. The proposed project is
to be in the vicinity of Karachi. Livestock
production is an integral part of Pakistan's
agriculture sector and plays a vital role in the
national economy.
PROJECT CHARTER
 PROJECT SCOPE MANAGEMENT
• The total cost of the project is Rs.40,000,000
for purchasing the animals, constructing the
farm and installation of machines and
equipments.
• In machinery, 10 water pumps are needed for
water need and 50 milking machine for
milking animals.

 PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT
• Customer satisfaction is our main aim. So we are very much Quality
Conscious. The Quality of the project are checked against the set
standards of the ISO. A.O Farms (Pvt.) Ltd will carry forward its own
quality management plan which is as follows:

• Project Schedule baseline has been set and sent to all the related
departments in the company so that project will be completed on time
and standard work hours have also been mentioned.
• Quality Manager and Site Civil Engineer will be present on site and
monitor all the work along with the construction team lead and weekly
reporting will be done to the Project Manager.
• Construction will be done as per the given approved structural diagrams.
• Animals Purchased for the Farm will of good quality and as per the given
standards and they will be purchased in the presence of a Veterinary
doctor which will be hired for the Farm in the last phase of completion of
the farm.
PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT
 CONCLUSION
• Profitable Dairy Business moves around the
management. Dairying gives huge profit if it is
well managed while mismanagement leads to
huge loss as well. So, the implementation of
the project should be under the supervision of
a professionally skilled person. A competent
farm manager or consultant is never
expensive. A skilled professional should be
hired for establishing and running a profitable
dairy farm.
