Terms and Conditions

1 Prices mentioned above are subject to change without prior intimation.
2 Clients are requested to furnish all the details of the sample and the tests required on the company’s Letter
Head/Challan.
3 Sample will be preserved for the period of 90 days only from the date of sample testing.
4 The lab might levy additional charges for cutting and machining of Odd/Large size sample above 100 mm over and
above the regular charges.
5 Test witnessed charge will be extra of rupees 300rs .
6 Maximum Two copies of Test Reports and one copy of Invoice will be provided to the client. Any Additional copies
/Corrections due to client request of test report shall be provided @ Rs 50 per Report/Max 3 pages.
7 If any amendment in the test is required by the client, then a written request shall be made on the client’s
letterhead with an authourised signature. Amendments that are feasible and admissible only shall be made and
such decision shall be taken by the lab, which will by binding upon the client. Original test reports need to be
returned to the lab.
8 Clients who wish to collect the tested sample should collect the same from the lab. At their own cost within 20 days
from the date of testing.
9 Our Working Hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. SUNDAY is weekly off.
10 Full payment against invoice by Cash ,Cheque /DD in favour of Shabri Enterprises before collection of report .
11 While lab has made their best endeavors to provide accurate and reliable information, Shabri Enterprises is not
responsible for any financial liability due to any act of omission or error made.
12 Service Tax, Etc shall be applicable as per the prevailing Govt. Laws.
13 Acceptance of terms & conditions: Acceptance of even one test certificate by a client shall imply that the client
agrees to abide by the terms and conditions and the above price list mentioned in the document and shall be
binding on the client.
14 Any test not listed above, shall be quoted separately on client’s Request.
