employees to slip and fall.

Defective machines and equipment can cause injury to workers. For example in the
picture, the other part of the ladder used by the worker was damaged and could cause
him to fall.

3. There are no clear warning signs of danger.

Danger warning signs are important so that people around you can know that there is
danger and avoid accidents. For example in the picture no barriers or danger warning
signs are placed around the hole. This can cause others to be exposed to the risk of
falling into the hole.

In the picture, the wooden boxes have been arranged irregularly. The danger is that
the wooden boxes can fall and hit the people around it.

injured in the head if they slip or fall.

The picture shows that the workers are less skilled or untrained. For example, the iron
pole is not fastened tightly before being lifted upwards. When the iron pole is not tied
tightly, it will fall easily and cause accidents.

8. Narrow workspace.
There is a lot of work to be done at a time in a narrow space. Furthermore the work in
the picture involves heavy and dangerous work. Therefore, a larger and more space is
important to ensure that the work of each work can be done more effectively.

9. Defective and incomplete safety and emergency equipment.
