at PIONEER ST COR RELIANCE ST MANDALUYONG CITY, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1.  That I am the President of FOCUS GLOBAL INC whose principal address located at
PIONEER ST COR RELIANCE ST MANDALUYONG CITY;

31,2020 because of low market demand caused by the pandemic (Covid 19);
