bad.

Commentary part:
The battle between whether social platforms are good or bad for you, will
always be an ongoing battle. There are many positive features to it such as
people using social platforms. When it comes to the blue light that affects the
melatonin hormone, most of the computers, phones and laptops have now been
added night mode, which changes the cold blue-ish hues to more warm hue,
which is less distracting and bad for the person’s vision. Nowadays the social
media platforms, helped provide us with new types of job such as “influencers”
and “Instagram models”. However, as everything today, social platforms do
have their bad side as well. The dark side of it is that it also comes with a lot of
criticism, hateful comments and remarks, which usually increase the anxiety and
depression chances a lot. In conclusion social media platforms are both good
and bad, just like everything else around us and it also depends on us.
