Negative Thought Removal

Take a deep breath in


Have you ever experienced a thought
I am ready and willing to have this experience. Say that out loud
Focus your mind of someone you love. Hear that voice telling you that they love you..
You are hearing it is a normal thought that is inside your head…correct
Close your eyes. I am going to do something that will change they way your thoughts feel

You see, I want you now to hear that voice (click fingers). Continue hearing that voice, notice It
becomes stronger. Point to where you can hear it in your head. Good

So you can now feel the difference between a passing thought and a focused thought. Different
thoughts have different locations…qualities

Now imagine the face or image of someone or something you and you will notice it’s in a different place.
Point to where that is…

So how would you describe this thought compare to the last one? Softer, harder, clearer,
blurred?

Good..now take your finger away. So different thought live in different parts of the brain..

The hardest ones to find are the negative thoughts..because they like to play hide and seek..the more
you try to find them, the harder they are to point to…

So the gift I’m going to give you today. I can make sure you get rid that negative thought…I can give you
that gift

Close your eyes..and focus your mind on something negative in your life. Maybe a negative thought that
you can’t seem to rid yourself of?

Where can you feel it, at the back of your head? It[s nowhere near the other two thoughts?

WE can move that thought to the front of your head…it feels like heat yes?

Point to where it is…notice its going to become hotter, almost like its burning your head..thats because
negative thought are hard to get rid of
