    PROBLEM / PRESENT STATUS : AFTER * FOD is prevented

    * Mixing of fastners is eliminated


    Parts along with documents is identified in separate bin,
    free from FOD. Prevents fastner losses
    * Easy access of parts and fastners

    BEFORE Parts stay along with the documents in

    the same bin


    There was a chance of mixing of fastners and parts in
    the assembly line
