Warning
Block the scissors with an 50 mm pipe or two sockets placed inside each other.

Lower the seat so that the air is drained out.

Drain the primary container and empty the braking system.

Note: Mark the locations of the hoses.

Release the lower part of the bellows and lift it up.

Remove the valve. Refer to steps 1, 2 and 3.

Check the following before mounting the new level control valve:
That the quadrant gear segment is working correctly.

Note: If it is not, it must be adjusted. A shall engage B as in the illustration.

Fit the new level control valve. Ensure that the position of the level control valve gear segment is correct in relation to
the connected equipment.
Turn the valve gear segment to ensure that it engages correctly.

Note: If it does not, it must be refitted.

Fill the vehicle's compressed air system.

Raise the seat to maximum height position. Remove the spacer that is blocking the seat.

The lever arm A shall allow the wireB 1-2mm play, as shown by the arrows.
