Introduction
Nabila doesn’t need any introduction in the beauty and salon industry. She has been a pioneer of
styling and makeup and with the passage of time; Nabila’s salon has become one of the biggest
in the country, with a market that reaches to a clientele overseas as well. With services that speak
for themselves, I think it’s fair to say that Nabila is at the crest of the beauty business. Only but
recently, she has launched her Zero Makeup palette that has now a humongous market across
Pakistan too.

Problem faced by them


This saloon I choose because recently I have visited the saloon and have seen the problem their.

Recently i had a visit on salon Gujranwala branch and saw so many of the customers arguing
with the management as there were very few employees working in a salon, as inquired i came to
know that its a leadership conflict going on between manager and employees, the situation was,
due to heavy load of weddings management of the salon hired a manager upon employees to
check their efficiency, and for the smooth working of salon. Although salon wasn't lacking in
their customer service and employees were doing their work in their best way but they had their
own working style.
As after manager came it didn't work as planned, manager had its own working style and
employees were not used to it, manager used to deduct their salary on minor mistakes and used
to misbehave with employees in front of customers, as an result employees refused to work and
went on off, this really had a very bad impact and the salon had to bear its financial as well as
customer loss.

Human process intervention

According to my observation I think they need to use human processes intervention.in doing so
when the OD come in organisation they will see and identify the problem why the manager and
employees are behaving like this is their a problrm with manager or emplyees or what ever the
problem is they will identify.they will see why manager is behaving like this why the manager
and emplyees not supporting each other they will see is there need of third party intervention if
needed than why they are not using third party intervention.why they have less team building, is
there is a environmental problem , structure problem etc.so I think they should use human
process intervention to resolve the problem they should follow all the steps of the intervention to
solve the problem.they should follow all the steps from interpersonal relation intervention to
system wide intervention.by following all steps the change agent will see and check all the
process of emplyees and manager what they are doing and why . at very first level agent will
check the communication between both the. They way of consulting is right.after the getting all
things. The will OD resolve all the conflict between them.
