Certification for Condonation of local railway tickets

and is entitled to TA/DA for the said tour vide order of Addl.CIT(HQ)
Personnel, Mumbai dated __________ . All the documents required for
claiming TA/DA are attached alongwith the TA Bill. As reported by her vide
letter dated 27.02.07, she has lost the local railway tickets (first class) from
the nearest railway station from her residence to the railway station from
where the actual journey was performed. This requisite enclosure (first

Sub : Requirement of Certification for Condonation of local

railway tickets

I, the undersigned, had been on official tour to PUNE from 06.02.07

to 10.02.07 and am entitled to TA/DA for the said tour vide order of
Addl.CIT(HQ) Personnel, Mumbai dated 31.01.07. All the documents required
for claiming TA/DA are attached alongwith the TA Bill.

2. However, I have lost the local railway tickets (first class) from the
nearest railway station from my residence (Bhandup Railway Station) to
the railway station from where the actual journey was performed
(Mumbai CST). Since certificate of the immediate superior authority is
required for condonation of the lost railway tickets as6 per the rules, I am
requesting your goodself to kindly issue me the said certificate for
condonation.

06.03.2008 (being official holiday), permission for leaving the headquarters
has been attained on 03.03.2008 to attend CHAUTHA Ceremony of my
deceased grandfather. Please note that I will be availing LTC for myself, my
spouse and my son. I would be traveling by Air, though I am entitled for
Railway III tier AC, owing to the urgency of the situation.

2. In this regard, necessary documentation would be done at the time

of final claim, on return of my journey.
