Relative to DepEd Memorandum dated January 14, 2019, all DepEd offices and schools shall
participate in the conduct of the CY 2019 1" Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill
(NSED) scheduled on February 21, 2019 at 8:00AM (Thursday).

Submission Report Guidelines for the

2019 uarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drills

All Schools. S thools Division offices, and Regional offices must lllov the guidelines
below or reports will not be accepted.

•School I) RM Coordinators will submit the reports only to respective Division

DRRM Co rdinators not later than two (2) days after the Quar-terlv NS-ED.

2. Division I RRM Coordinators vill consolidate NSED reports from School l)NRM
('oordinat )rs and will submit only to respective Regional DRRM Coordinators,
with copy provided to their respective Schools Division Superintendents, not
later than ten (1 0) days after the Quarterly NSED.

3. Regional I 'RRM Coordinators will consolidate NSED reports ftom Division DRRM
Coordinat rs and will sul)rnil to the DRRMS, with copy provided to their
