Application process
Quintiles is the world’s largest provider of biopharmaceutical development and commercial
outsourcing services. If you’d like to kick start your career in the healthcare/pharmaceutical
industry with us, please read on to learn more about the application process for our Graduate
Program.
We are looking for graduates who are enthusiastic, motivated and ready to help make an
impact on real projects from the first day on the job. Below is our application process.
1. Online application – We’d love to hear why you want to join the Quintiles Graduate
Program and your motivations for working in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. You
will be asked to complete a few initial questions and submit your CV and cover letter.
Make sure to provide your graduation date and the date you would be available to begin
work.
2. Telephone interview – After reviewing your application, if you have demonstrated all the
key capabilities that we are looking for from participants, you will be contacted by a
member of the Early Talent Team to schedule a telephone interview. This will be your
first opportunity to make a positive impression on a representative at Quintiles.
3. Psychometric tests – The next stage will be for you to complete a few online tests
within a given deadline. These aptitude tests will help us understand your problem
solving skills and measure your capability to perform.
4. Assessment centre – If you are successful in reaching the assessment centre stage,
you will be invited to attend at one of our local offices. The day will involve a number of
assessments including a face-to-face interview, presentation and group discussion. The
Early Talent Team will be in contact with you to provide more details on how best to
prepare for the assessment centre.

• We we are unable to accept applications via our Early Talent Mailbox.

• We will only accept one application per person per country.
If you are unsuccessful for the 2015/2016 Graduate Program, you will be unable to apply for
the same graduate year. However, we would accept an application from you for the
