1. Install spacer (11) on bracket (1).

2. Use Tooling (A) to install bearing (14) in pulley (2).

3. Install spacer (13).

4. Use Tooling (A) to install bearing (12).

5. Use Tooling (A) to install lip seal (8). Lubricate the lip seal with Tooling (B).

6. Install grease fitting (9).

7. Install O-ring seal (10) in the pulley.

8. Install pulley (2) on bracket (1).

9. Install washer (4) and bolt (5).

10. Position cover (3) and install bolts (7). Install pressure relief fitting (6) in the cover.

11. Lubricate the bearings with Tooling (B).

End By:

a. Install the belt tightener. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Belt Tightener - Install".
