Schedule Of Practical Examination Through Virtual Mode

Study Centre: MITS Gwalior(1527)
Due to Covid pandemic, the Term End Practical Examination will be conducted purely in virtual
mode through web conferencing / video conferencing mode, without inviting any student
physically to the Study Centre / Examination Centre.
(i) The knowledge and skills, subject understanding of the students will be evaluated through viva-
voce only.
(ii) The practical courses which consists of more than one section (for example MCSL-017, MCSL-
025, MCSL-036, MCSL-045, MCSL-054 etc), the student need to appear in the section(s) in
which s/he is not yet successful. Section-wise marks should be awarded as was done earlier.
There is no change.
(iii) The viva-voce examination should be conducted virtually under the supervision of the Exam
Centre Superintendant as per existing norms of the University conducting TEP. The attendance
and the award list will be filled by the respective examiners.
(iv) All Examines should have their valid ID card which will be required to be showed before the
commencement of the VIVA.
(v) Viva Voce Coverage: Questions for the Viva-voce will be covering the syllabi of the practical
course. The scope of the viva-voce questions should be around the current semester practical
assignments of that course along with the practical sessions given in the practical manual of the
course.
(vi) The Viva will be conducted through Google Meet or other platform which the student attends
through the given link. No password is required.
