IV. Course Description:

This course deals with computer hardware organizations and computer software.
Hardware discussions involve the purposes, types, and characteristics of the motherboard,
microprocessor technology, memory and the hard disks. Laboratory highlights include PC
assembly/disassembly, hard disk partitioning and formatting, operating system and application
software installation, and basic computer maintenance and trouble shooting

V. Objective:

After successful completion of this course, the students should be able to:
