Sub: Notification of Award for the Procurement of HDPE Shore Pipe for 26" Cutter Suction
Dredger and Foam Type Floater for 26", 20" & 18" Cutter Suction Dredgerc (Package GDl1,
Lot-'l).

This is to notiff you that your Tender dated 04-06-2020 for the supply of Goods and related Services for
the Procurement of HDPE Shore Pipe for 26" Cutter Suction Dredger and Foam Type Floater fo r 26', , 20,'
& 18" Cutter Suction Dredgers for the Contract Price of USD 64,69,400.00 (US bolhr sixty four hkh
sixty nine thousand and four hundred) onty + BDT 16,00,000.00 (Taka sixteen lakh) onty equivatent
to BDT 55,11,75,530.00 (Taka fifty five crore eleven lakh seventy five thousand five hundred and
thirty) only (including CD, VAT & all other taxes) for delivery upto BIWTA store, Khanpur,
Narayanganj, as conected and modified in accordance with the lnstructions to Tenderers, has been
approved by the Ministry of Shipping (MoS).

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in lvriting the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance
pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 62.3
ii. fumish a Perbrmance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk
5,51,17,553.00 (Taka five crore fifty one lakh seventeen thousand fwe hundrcd and fifty
three) only, wifiin Twenty-eight (28) days frorn issue of this Notification of Award but not hter
than 1U12-2Q20 in accordance with ITI Clause 64.2
iii. sign the Conkact within twer( eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not
later than 1u^12-2020, in accordance with ITT Clause 67.2

You may proceed with the execution of the supply of Goods and related Services only upon completion of
the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of
this Contract, which shall become binding upon you.
