Course Title : Computer Mathematics

Course Description :
This Course is designed to meet the needed knowledge for students taking Information and
Communication Technology at Jose C. Feliciano College it deals with the fundamental knowledge
on how data are being transmitted using the present technology known today and the principle of
data communication. The course also introduced to the students the various ways in sending data or
information through the internet using different types of protocol

Course Objective : After completing this course, the students are expected to:

1. Learn the function of the computer as a core tool in communication.

2. Name the basic categories of Information and Communication Technology.
3. Extensive use of Information and Communication Technology in other industries.
4. Understand the different Protocol used in sending or transmitting data and information
5. Learn the basic principles in Networking and Internet Terminologies
