We appreciate you walking us through the events of the evening and explaining the protocols you put in place to see that masks are worn at the club. We recount that you provided masks for all party goers who attended the party and that you provided additional masks for those that walked from the reception area to the main dining ballroom. Although you Provided these important steps, it seemed that based on the video evidence, there was a breakdown in enforcement of the mask orders that led to almost the entire room of guests being without masks during the later evening activities, On our visit, we had the initial opportunity to spend time and educate you, Executive Vice President of the Mar a Lago Club; Shawn McCabe, General Manager of the Trump International Golf Course; and Janine Gill, Director of Human Resources, Trump Florida Properties on the details of the County's COVID- 19 related orders. Specifically, we discussed our requirements related to mask wearing, social distancing and enhanced sanitization at Palm Beach County businesses. Related to facial coverings, while eating and drinking, guests are allowed to remove their masks but at all other times while inside the facility masks are required to be worn. Your acknowledgement and commitment to enforce these laws was evident in our visit and we expect that going forward, you Understand the importance of compliance with our county laws. {t is important that our businesses provide leadership in safeguarding our ‘community from the spread of COVID-19.
