Position: Island Host

Location: Kuredu Island Resort & Spa, Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to Guest Services Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• To liaise directly with guests to ensure their well being, comfort, satisfaction and that perfection of
service is attained. Liaise with all departments on all guest welfare matters and to ensure that a smooth,
courteous and efficient service is provided to the standard laid down by the Management.
• To be able to give the highest service possible to all guests in order to ensure perfect holidays.
• To effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of
patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years Front office/Guest Relations experience or other customer related industry
• Hotel School Graduate or similar educational level
• Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage
• Physically presentable, outgoing, flexible
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
