It comes in the form of testimony in an Italian court from an employee from the 8th largest
global defense contractor.
An IT expert from Leonardo SpA admitted in court that he and others manipulated vote totals in
the presidential election through implantation of viruses in Leonardo SpA’s main servers in
December 2020.
Arturo D’Elia signed an affidavit admitting to switching data from the November 3 US
presidential elections “from significant margin of victory from Donald Trump to Joe Biden in a
number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote totals.”
he admits the data switch also may represent more than the total number of registered voters.
He is also willing to testify in court, claiming to have all the original data backed up in an
undisclosed location.
The story broke on Twitter, and was covered by the NOQ Report:
Rome, Italy (January 5, 2021) – An employee of the 8th largest global defense contractor,
Leonardo SpA, provided a shocking deposition detailing his role in the most elaborate criminal
act affecting a US election. Corroborating the DNI Ratcliff’s report of international intrusion,
Arturo D’elio outlined the scheme that proved successful in using Leonardo computer systems
and military satellites located in Pescara, Italy. Recent reports of a hack at Leonardo now
appear to have been an orchestrated cover to mitigate blowback on the corporation which is
partially owned by the Italian government.

Nations In Action, a government transparency organization, partnered with the Institute of Good
Governance to thoroughly investigate and research the election irregularities which yielded the
long-awaited proof that a flawless plot to take down America was executed with extraordinary
resources and global involvement. Americans and elected officials now have proof that the
election was indeed stolen. This provides the mechanism for each state to recall their slate of
electors immediately or face lawsuits and request all federal government agencies to lock down
all internal communications, equipment and documentation from the Rome Embassy. “Make no
mistake, this is a coup d’etat that we will stop in the name of justice and free and fair elections,”
stated Maria Strollo Zack, Chairman of Nations in Action.

I, Prof Alfio D’Urso, Advocate/Lawyer, of Via Vittorio Emanuele, Catania, 95131 Italy, do
hereby provide the following affidavit of facts as conveyed in several meetings with a high level
army security services official:

Arturo D’Elia, former head of the IT Department of Leonardo SpA, has been charged by the
public prosecutor of Naples for technology/data manipulation and implantation of viruses in the
main computers of Leonardo SpA in December 2020. D’Elia has been deposed by the presiding
judge in Naples and in sworn testimony states on 4 November 2020, under instruction and
direction of US persons working from the US Embassy in Rome, undertook the operation to
switch data from the US elections of 3 November 2020 from significant margin of victory for
Donald Trump to Joe Biden in a number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote totals.
Defendant stated he was working in the Pescara facility of Leonardo SpA and utilized military
grade cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit switched votes via military satellite of
Fucino Tower to Frankfurt Germany. The defendant swears that the data in some cases may
have been switched to represent more than total voters registered. The defendant has stated he is
willing to testify to all individuals and entities involved in the switching of votes from Donald
Trump to Joe Biden when he shall be in total protection for himself and his family. Defendant
states he has secured in an undisclosed location the backup of the original data and data
switched upon instruction to provide evidence at court in this matter.

I hereby declare and swear the above stated facts have been stated in my presence.

Good morning, I would like to welcome all of you and tell you how pleased I am to attend this
meeting, even if only virtually. I hope to be able to meet you in person as soon as possible.
Today we want to celebrate the long-term partnership between the United States and Italy by
launching a program aimed at further integrating our private sectors through
contributions from the United States government to Italian, American and
international companies. All our guests represent companies committed to fighting the
COVID-19 pandemic in Italy.
Italy and the United States have a long and shared history, and deeply intertwined economies and
societies. Since the Second World War we have been close allies who share the same values of
democracy and free enterprise.
As soon as the COVID-19 pandemic made an appearance in Italy, the United States quickly
worked to support our friend and partner with a wide range of resources.
To date, the United States has provided Italy – through the Armed Forces and the US Agency
for International Development (USAID) – with aid worth 60 million dollars to help fight the
pandemic.
In the early stages of the emergency, the U.S. Armed Forces provided medical equipment to
hospitals, helping the Italian military transport them across the country.
 The U.S. Military continues to provide Italian healthcare with personal protective equipment
worth millions of dollars. Through USAID, the United States provides Italian hospitals with
permanently supplied medical equipment, such as respirators, worth $10 million
The United States has also donated thirty million dollars to non-governmental organizations
operating in Italy, including the Italian Red Cross, Rotary Club, University of Pittsburgh Medical
Center, AVSI, CUAMM, and others.
And that's obviously the reason that brings us here today: through USAID's INVEST program,
the United States provides a total of $10 million in subsidies to Italian, American and
international companies here.
These contributions will allow each of the beneficiaries to make the best use of their expertise in
the fight against COVID-19.
Some of you will use the grants as seed capital to attract additional private capital, which
will be invested in Italian companies that produce medical equipment, therapies, vaccines and
health supplies.
Others will use the funds to provide technical assistance to Italian companies that expand or
convert their operations to produce personal protective equipment and other supplies that Italy
needs to fight the pandemic.
Last spring, Italy was the epicenter of europe's first COVID outbreak. With suffering and
sacrifice, the Italian people have shown a strong discipline and fortitude to contain the epidemic.
Now that Italy and the rest of Europe are facing a second wave of the virus, I am convinced that
the Italian people will be able to face the pandemic with the same resilience and strength as the
first wave.

William J. Lynn III is the Chief Executive Officer of both Leonardo DRS and Leonardo North
America.
Mr. Lynn has had an extensive career in national security, both in government and in industry. In
government, he has served two Presidents, five Secretaries of Defense and as an aide to Senator
Edward Kennedy. In industry, he has worked as a senior executive for Raytheon and
Finmeccanica/DRS.
Prior to joining Finmeccanica/DRS in January 2012, Mr. Lynn served as the 30th United States
Deputy Secretary of Defense from 2009 to 2011. Serving under Secretaries Robert Gates and
Leon Panetta, he managed three million personnel and oversaw an annual budget of $700 billion.
He also personally led the Department's efforts in cyber security, space strategy and energy
policy.
From 2002 to 2009, Mr. Lynn was Senior Vice President of Government Operations and
Strategy at the Raytheon Company. In this position, he directed strategic planning, oversaw
merger and acquisition activities and supervised government relations.
Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Under Secretary of Defense
(Comptroller) from 1997 to 2001. From 1993 to 1997, he led strategic planning for DoD as
Director of Program Analysis and Evaluation. Mr. Lynn worked for Senator Ted Kennedy as
counsel to the Senate Armed Services Committee from 1987 to 1993.
Mr. Lynn is a member of the Boards of the USO, Marshall Legacy Institute and National
Defense Industrial Association. He has been recognized for numerous professional and service
contributions, including four DoD Distinguished Public Service medals and the Distinguished
Civilian Service Award from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
His publications include a 2010 path-breaking article in Foreign Affairs on cyber security
(“Defending a New Domain: The Pentagon’s New Cyberstrategy”). He also co-authored a book,
Toward A More Effective Defense, and has published numerous articles in various professional
journals and newspapers.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, Mr. Lynn holds a law degree from Cornell Law School and a
Master's degree from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. He is married with
two children.

Fact check: Claims of electoral fraud in Rome, dubbed 'ItalyGate,'

are baseless

The claim: Votes were switched from Trump to Biden

at the U.S. Embassy in Rome
At 3:41 a.m. on Jan. 7, Vice President Mike Pence confirmed that President-elect Joe
Biden defeated President Donald Trump — an act that marked the formal end of the
presidential race, per USA TODAY.
Nonetheless, some internet users have continued to levy baseless claims about electoral
fraud. This week, there were multiple videos posted to Facebook that alleged the vote
count was changed in Rome.
Pages like Conversation Controversy and Trump Train News Media shared a 52-minute
video in which Maria Strollo Zack explains the theory, dubbed "ItalyGate."
"The theft of the election was orchestrated in the Rome Embassy, on the second floor of
Via Veneto, by an employee, Stefano Serafini, foreign service officer of over 20 years,"
she said. "Stefano Serafini coordinated with a General Claudio Graziano."
"General Graziano is on the board of Leonardo — the defense contractor, Leonardo
SPA," Strollo Zack continued. "Leonardo used their military satellite uplink to load the
software and transfer it over to change the votes from Trump to Biden."
She also alleged that recent arrests of employees at Leonardo were related to the incident,
and that the plan was orchestrated by former President Barack Obama, with help from
former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and the CIA.
Strollo Zack — a former lobbyist and current chair of Nations in Action, an organization
established in 2017 and dedicated to advocating for families, according to its website —
also made an appeal for funds to help her gather more evidence.
Conversation Controversy also shared a 13-minute video in which retired CIA station
chief Bradley Johnson shares a similar version of the theory, connected to another
debunked theory about election servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
"The U.S. elections were changed, the results were changed in those five or six key
states, then all of those voting machines were hooked up to the internet," he said. "The
internet then was used to download that information to these famous servers in
Germany."

"So from there, those were uploaded and sent to Rome, and this is where this took place,"
he continued. "Once they created all the new data and manipulated all the data that was
there, they sent these new numbers back up through this military satellite (...) and back
down to all the machines here in the United States in those five or six states."
 Johnson also claimed the time it took to upload the data to servers in Germany and Italy,
manipulate it in Italy, and send it back to the U.S. was the source of the "sudden" uptick
in votes for Biden in some states.
"ItalyGate" has quickly spread to around the internet. The three videos have amassed a
combined 100,000 views and 7,000 shares on Facebook. An interview of Strollo Zack on
America Can We Talk? on YouTube has also garnered over 400,000 views.
Conversation Controversy, Strollo Zack, American Can We Talk? have not responded to
requests from USA TODAY for comment.
Trump Train News Media told USA TODAY that they are not responsible for the
content, since it was sent to the page to share.
Johnson told USA TODAY that "it’s clear from Italian newspapers this is going on,"
though he provided no proof.

No evidence of switched votes or electoral fraud, per
multiple officials
The claims in both videos on "ItalyGate" are baseless. They are also easily contradicted
by statements from multiple federal officials who have found no proof of electoral fraud.
On Nov. 12, a national coalition of election security officials announced that "there is no
evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way
compromised," per USA TODAY.
"All of the states with close results in the 2020 presidential race have paper records of
each vote, allowing the ability to go back and count each ballot if necessary," they wrote.
"This is an added benefit for security and resilience. This process allows for the
identification and correction of any mistakes or errors."

 In a popular video on Facebook and YouTube, retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Thomas
McInerney makes several false and baseless claims about the Capitol insurrection,
coronavirus pandemic and 2020 election.
In a video viewed tens of thousands of times on Facebook, a retired Air Force officer
makes a slew of inaccurate and baseless claims about everything from the Capitol
insurrection to the coronavirus pandemic.

former Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney speaking to a group of eight un-masked people as
classical music plays in the background. 
Over 19 minutes, McInerney — a former Fox News analyst and military adviser for the
Trump campaign — spins a conspiracy theory that claims Democrats coordinated with
the Chinese government to create COVID-19 and commit voter fraud to oust President
Donald Trump. As a result, he said, Trump is using the aftermath of the Capitol
insurrection to pursue justice.

The location and source of the video is unclear, but the earliest version we could find was
published Jan. 8, 2021, on YouTube by Ann Vandersteel, who has previously promoted
the Pizzagate conspiracy theory (an earlier version of QAnon). From there, it was copied
to other YouTube channels and promoted on Twitter, Facebook and Parler, before the
platform was taken offline.
PolitiFact debunked several of the false claims McInerney made during the video. We
reached out to McInerney through his company YottaStor for a comment, but we haven’t
heard back.
Claim: ‘COVID-19 was a biological attack on the world … it was a direct attack on
the election and they knew what was going to happen’
McInerney’s claim is one of the longest-running falsehoods about the pandemic. The
scientific community and international public health organizations have said the
coronavirus emerged from bats and later jumped to humans. 
Scientists worldwide have publicly shared the genetic makeup of the coronavirus
thousands of times. If the virus had been altered, there would be evidence in its genome
data. But there isn’t. 
Claim: ‘A program called Hammer and Scorecard (was) going to be used as a
cyber warfare tool to change the voting — and it did’
Pants on Fire!
Since Election Day, Trump fans have spread a conspiracy theory that says a CIA package
of computer programs hacked into the 2020 presidential election results. The theory
claims one program, called Hammer, cracks into protected networks, while another,
called Scorecard, changed vote totals.

Chris Krebs, former head of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, said
in a Nov. 7 tweet that the theory was "nonsense." One of the main promoters of Hammer
and Scorecard was a discredited military contractor who claimed to have created the
programs. 
There is no evidence of voter fraud affecting the outcome of the 2020 election. Election
officials in every state said there was no sign of significant voter fraud. 
Claim: ‘The attack on the Capitol was done by antifa’
Pants on Fire!
After Trump supporters breached the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, social media users and allies
of the president claimed antifa, a loose coalition of left-wing activists, was to blame. But
specific individuals who were rumored to be antifa activists don’t actually support the
movement, and a report that claimed a facial recognition firm had identified members of
the movement was later corrected.
Meanwhile, plans to "storm the Capitol" were drawn up in the open on social media
forums and pro-Trump websites. Video and photographs from Washington show people
wearing and waving Trump-branded hats, T-shirts and flags. Some rioters celebrated
their participation or live-streamed the events, including a West Virginia GOP lawmaker. 
On Jan. 8, FBI assistant director Steven D’Antuono said in a press briefing that the
agency has "no indication" that antifa played a role in the riot. 
Claim: ‘I got (a) call Tuesday night at 11:30 that the ISI from Pakistan was now in
the voting machines in Georgia’
There is no evidence that a foreign country hacked voting machines in Georgia.
In November, the state’s top elections official ordered an audit of a random sample of
voting machines to determine whether any had been hacked or tampered with. The audit
found "no sign of foul play."

Georgia also conducted two recounts — including one conducted by hand — that
reaffirmed Biden’s victory. The secretary of state’s office has debunked other claims that
people were able to hack into Georgia’s voting systems.
Claim: An Italian military satellite was ‘changing votes’ in the 2020 election
Fact-checkers Lead Stories and USA Today debunked this conspiracy theory.
The theory goes like this: An employee in the U.S. embassy in Rome worked with a
board member of Leonardo, a defense contractor, to commit voter fraud in the 2020
election. Leonardo used a military satellite to change votes from Trump to Biden in key
battleground states.
Those claims are baseless. 
Federal and state officials have said there is no evidence that voting systems were
breached during the 2020 election, or that voter fraud affected the outcome. CISA said on
its rumor control page that bad actors would not be able to change election results
without being caught.
Claim: In Georgia, ‘cases underneath the table’ at a voting center were evidence
of voter fraud
This is wrong — we rated a similar claim False.
The video McInerney referenced was introduced by Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and his
team during a Dec. 3 hearing with Georgia state legislators. At the time, social media
posts claimed the footage showed election workers at State Farm Arena in Atlanta
illegally counting suitcases filled with ballots after observers left the room.
But that wasn’t the case, said Gabriel Sterling, Georgia’s voting system implementation
manager.
"The 90 second video of election workers at State Farm arena, purporting to show fraud
was watched in its entirety (hours) by @GaSecofState investigators," Sterling tweeted,
linking to a fact-check from Lead Stories. "Shows normal ballot processing."
In reality, the video showed workers processing ballots in standard containers while
observers were still in the room. Georgia officials said no one was told to leave; some
observers exited after election workers had finished their jobs.
Claim: ‘There was some people in there that was special forces mixed with antifa
and they took her (House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s) laptop and they have that
data’
McInerney is wrong about antifa, and he is also wrong to say that the U.S. Army Special
Forces took a laptop with incriminating information about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi
from her office during the Capitol riot.
Agence France-Presse debunked the claim in a Jan. 12 fact-check. Spokespeople for the
U.S. Special Operations Command and the U.S. Army Special Operations Command told
the outlet that they had no information about such an incident.
PolitiFact confirmed that a laptop was stolen from a conference room in the Capitol, but
Pelosi spokesman Drew Hammill said that the laptop was only used for presentations.

KanekoaTheGreat is the Twitter name of the man who has republished much of this (now
corroborated) information and is to be credited for his ability as a sleuth that no U.S. media can
emulate.
This information was allegedly delivered to the President by a female source on Christmas Eve
at his Florida resort, Mar-a-Lago—perhaps the best Christmas present ever even for a billionaire.
The theft of the election was orchestrated by Stephan Serafini, a 20-year foreign service officer.
Stephan coordinated with General Claudio Graziano, a board member of Leonardo. Italian
intelligence provided the conduit with documents, calls, and photos of CIA agents involved.

scrambled when they saw this photo of their spy craft published online
Kanekoa continues, “Those photos ended up on the internet and the operatives involved in Italy
started panicking. They had the person who did the uploading arrested for ‘safekeeping’ and
another put under house arrest. They are being accused of hacking for other reasons.”
The conduit to President Trump says, “On Christmas Eve, we met with President Trump at Mar-
a-Lago and informed him that he is getting the affidavits of the people involved.
“We need the grassroot army like never before because the people who thought they stole the
election have lost and they don’t know it yet.”
So who is this Leonardo and William J. Lynn III?
Leonardo is a major defence contractor not only for Italy, but NATO.
William J. Lynn III is the CEO of Leonardo DRS, which is a U.S. subsidiary of Leonardo “with
approximately $2 billion in revenue,” according to Kanekoa.
Lynn previously served under the Obama/Biden administration as Deputy Secretary of Defense
and led the Department’s efforts in cyber security and space strategy.

surveilled by members of Italian intelligence after suspiciously entering into the country.

Testimony of foreign interference in U.S.

election just given in Italian court
Today, Rome, Italy: “An employee of the 8th largest global defense contractor, Leonardo SpA,
provided a shocking deposition detailing his role in the most elaborate criminal act affecting a
US election. 
“Corroborating the DNI Ratcliff’s report of international intrusion, Arturo D’elio outlined the
scheme that proved successful in using Leonardo computer systems and military satellites
located in Pescara, Italy.”
A government transparency organization, Nations in Action, thoroughly investigated the election
irregularities, “which yielded the long-awaited proof that a flawless plot to take down America
was executed with extraordinary resources and global involvement. Americans and elected
officials now have proof that the election was indeed stolen.”
The Institute of Good Governance just issued the following statement on this report:
Our mission is to provide the full truth, expose the perpetrators of this horrific crime, and ensure
that every person involved, regardless of position, be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Nations In Action and the Institute for Good Governance are making the following demands on
elected officials:
 Depose State Department officials starting with Rome staff including Stefan Serafini
 Immediately strip Leonardo SpA of all contracts and seize assets
 All congressional members must speak out against this foreign and domestic interference
or face recalls and suspicion of involvement
 Implement the most severe penalties for participants who had knowledge or participated
and refuse to assist in the investigation
Maria Strollo Zack, founder of Nations In Action added, “States must prosecute all illegal voting
activities and provide immediate legislative remedies. There can only be zero tolerance for
criminal interference in American elections.
“This international conspiracy must be met with swift action by the President and be fully
supported by elected officials for the protection of voting integrity and the prosperity of our great
nation.” This is it, Patriots and Friends of Freedom—the smoking gun.
Either Congress and the State Legislatures react to this news and stop fraudulent Electoral votes
today, or America’s Second Revolution will begin in earnest.
