The name of our hotel is Leaf Contractors.

We chose three areas in Glasgow to build our

hotel. All three areas are very close to the airport and the city center. Next, I will introduce
why we choose hotels and why we choose these areas.
First of all, it is a well-equipped building, but also provides accommodation and meals for
travelers.
Secondly, it can provide entertainment facilities for passengers and customers.
Finally, Glasgow is Scotland's largest city and the third largest city in the UK. Many foreign
tourists come to visit Glasgow every year, but they don't have proper accommodation here, so
hotel is a good choice for them.
The three areas that we chose have several advantages
 Convenient transportation, you can transport a large number of guests to the hotel every
day.
 There are developed economic activities and beautiful natural scenery.
 Have adequate resources such as communications, roads, adequate water and electricity
supply, etc.

Location 1

This location could be ideal position for hotel for several reasons :

1. The most important reason is the biggest and closest good available location to the
airport.
 2. Its next to the M8 motorway so can be easily seen from the cars and other vehicle that
are getting pass and it’s a good advertising itself to pick up more quests.
3. Its not too far from other competitors.
4. There is more space to have more car park if its required.
5. There is also a football course nearby, so can be a advantage if its required.
6. Its close enough to the local house, so more secured place it will be.

Location 2
Location: Inchinan Road & Machburn Drive Paisley
Another ideal location close to the airport that can offer many advantages:
 Close to the airport which makes the location very popular
 Ideal place to build a hotel
 Very close to M8 which makes it easily accessible and visible
 Large area that allows a large and low building (lower cost)
 Can be used for parking space for hotel guests or travelers
 Located in a main road
Location 3

This is a large empty land near the Paisley Centre where the red line is enclosed in the
picture. Its latitude and longitude is 55.849710,-4.417650. The reason for choosing it is:
1. It takes only ten minutes to reach Paisley Gilmour Street, Piazza Shopping Centre, Paisley
Town Hall, St Mirin’s R C Cathedral, etc.
2. Although it is too close to the city centre, there is not enough parking space around, but
this land is very large, it is easy to build a new car park.
3.Because the land is large enough that there is no need to consider the impact of building a
high-rise on the surrounding building.
4. Paisley was originally very convenient to Glasgow Airport, there are many taxis and a lot
of buses arriving at Glasgow Airport every day at the train station.
