Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank You for interest in shipping with us. Please read carefully this important information and agreed before
proceeding. This email is divided into few sections:

General and Pricing:


A -Pick Up in Australia, B -Furniture, TV, Fridge, AC, C –Documents, D -Insurance
E -Packing and Labelling, F -Limited liability, G -Transit Time, H-Delivery in Bangladesh, I-Updates on Shipment,
J -Custom Duties or Taxes.

Airport processing fees: $35 per sender.

Please note, due to current crisis we are frequently monitoring and updating rates. iSend cargo reserves the right to
change the rate at any time without any prior notice.

Payment can be done in AUD or BDT or combination of AUD/BDT both currencies. Conversion 1 AUD= 65 Tk.
Please Simply snapshot your payment receipts and email/WhatsApp to us. Use Reference number/name.We will do
follow up on cut-off date for payment before departure. Failure to follow this date and time will result and delay
shipment on next flight and you are liable to storage charges in $15 per Parcel.
Note: We generally do not issue invoice or receipt unless requested.

Poor labelling may lead to lost / misplace of items in transit. Please ensure labelling must tally with the information
provided in Booking form, WhatsApp and Email. We will not liable for any miscalculation of items.
A) Pick Up Australia:
We will organise our own driver/courier/mover pick up depending on availabilities. If you are not available on the
day for our mover to pick up, we can organise courier pick up. However, we will require your details a working day
notice (24H business day) so that we can forward the Courier Barcode. Barcode needs to be sealed on each
item/carton.
Pick up is only from the ground. It is a must to have someone during collection (friend or housemate is OK) unless
prior arrangement is done i.e. items outside the house, items in front the door, items in the garage. However, Items
left unattended are at your own risk. Otherwise a full charge of $20- $50 depending on location if we have to re-
plan for another pick up. TIME FRAME is around 5 hours. Example, 12-5PM unless we advise otherwise.
B) TV, Fridge, AC:
TV, Fridge, AC etc., make sure each item is packed securely. Example, boxes can be cut to customise the
nonstandard items. We do not pick up loose items without box. Furniture strictly must be dismantled unless prior
arrangement is made as damages might occur during the transit.
C) Documents: Via Email/WhatsApp Only.
Booking form (initial or digital signature only). Sender details are all information for AUD. Recipient details are all
information for Bangladesh.
Driver Licence: Front & Back.
Optional:(I) Student ID front & back (II) Employment Letter (III)Completion Letter etc.
List of Items: Clear item list must stick on cartons & also send us on WhatsApp. Please include your items estimated
value in AUD. Items gross weight charge based on actual/volumetric weight whichever is higher (International
volumetric weight calculator LxWxH/5000) and weight will be rounded.
D) Insurance: Optional but at your own discretion. We can quote without any obligation and will need to confirm
before Flight departs.
iSend Cargo is not authorised or licensed to sell insurance. Goods send via Air Freight is not covered by Insurance
unless requested. This is a standard practice for most services around the world where Insurance is quoted
separately. We can organise your insurance and all we need is the value of the items that you wish to cover. We are
happy to share the cost and excess involved once you have finalised, the amount of your items you wish to cover in
AUD.
To cover goods of the value up to $10,000: 7.5% of your parcel value and $250 excess apply, should you wish to
claim.
Example: Goods value $1000, Insurance roughly cost: 7.5% of $1000= $75. Excess fees $250 needed to be paid
should you submit a claim.
In addition, if you want to claim your damages on items worth $1000, the actual savings for you is $675 after taking
consideration of the insurance cost + the excess fee. Once items received, you have 48 hours to lodge your claim.
E) Packing and Labelling:
We recommended Heavy Duty Tea Chest or Medium Boxes as explained earlier. Maximum weights per item: 30kg
due to OHS, recommended 25-28kg.
Also please use Double Walled / Thick Cartons to ensure safety of your items due to combination of road - air -
road transits. Just think that, if you pack your stuffs with the airlines, the chances for some of the items to get
damaged, or broken is high due to handling, same goes with air freight as it involved multiple method of handling.
Road - air - Road. As much as we ensure everything is taken care well, sometimes during the transit, it’s hardly out
of our control.
Should there be any discrepancies, we will get our pickup person / our crew at the Australia warehouse / BD
warehouse to reconfirm on the measurements of the items. Please note cargo will involve multiple handlings - Pick
Up, Warehouse, Airlines, Warehouse, Truck and Delivery. Sometimes it will be uplift/down lift manually by human
or sometimes by forklift.
All boxes must be labelled, and it is your responsibility to make sure labelling of items are accurate and tally with
your details on Delivery Order, WhatsApp and Email.
F) Limited Liability:
1.Without limiting the operation of Consumer Law, iSend excludes all conditions, warranties, terms and guarantees
otherwise implied by law.
2.Parcels are sent at your own risk. iSend Cargo excludes liability for any loss or damages that occurs during
shipping that is:
• Hazardous, Flammable, Arms/Weapons any illegal items.
• Any restricted Items, legal documents, Magazines, Money/Currency etc.
• Ordinary loss in weight or volume Shrinkage, Leakage / Inappropriate Packaging.
• Living goods or Perishable items, Mould, Moths, Insects, Rats or Vermin.
• Delay caused by an event outside our control such as strikers, customs, locked out workers, riots, civil
commotions.
3. iSend Cargo will not provide any cover for goods damaged in transit.
4.Without limiting any rights at law our liability is limited to supplying the services again or to the cost of supplying
the services again.

G) Transit Time:
Our ETA is approximately 10/15 working days from shipment date. However, our fastest record had only 5 days
before pandemic.
Unless there are problems, recipient not responding to text, call or unreachable, label not intact, customs and
preventive checking, festival seasons, congestion at airport etc. - delays might occur under these circumstances.
Possibly there will be many more reasons but don't worry we will update on what's going on.
H) Delivery in Bangladesh:
iSend Cargo rates quoted is for delivery at Ground Level and front Door. Lift extra 100 Take per carton. Stairs extra
150 Taka per carton for Level 1 and add on 50 Taka per level. We appreciate your courtesy and honesty to let us
know upfront if there is no lift, only stairs, gated area and anything that might foresee as causing delays. This is
because delaying in delivery will impact others too.
It is your responsibility to arrange with your security guard if required before the delivery. Our crew in Bangladesh
will advise when is the estimated day and time for deliveries once cargo arrived at our warehouse. Since we are
using console truck, sharing space, multiple deliveries will be done. If your residence required security guard access
or permit or etc., it is your responsibility to ensure everything is done prior to delivery. In case we are not able to
deliver your items, we will reschedule at another time. Extra charges of 200 Take will incur for this.
Once items arrive at the Warehouse in Bangladesh, a storage fee of minimum 350Tk/carton/week will kick in until
payment is completed + items will get delivered on the next available truck console.
Any disputes on short number of items delivered, broken items etc., you have 48 hours from your acceptance date
to let us know. We will then investigate and see what's the issue. Most of the time, this is due to sender's method of
packing. Hence any broken items or fragile will not be replaced unless insurance is taken.
I) Update Shipment:
We do not provide any online shipment tracking information to avoid misuse and breach of information. All updates
will be done via WhatsApp. Usually we will be sending minimum WhatsApp update.
i) To update for above #1 on ETA ii) To update for above #2 on Air
iii) To request for payments and/or documents due to non-payment and/ or documents update (if applicable).
iv) To request on NEW BD contact details for delivery. Change of addresses is permitted and extra charges may
apply if there's change in Zone or conditions (i.e. stairs, no lift, lift etc.)

J) Customs Duty/Tax: Taxable items attract tax/duty as per law (e.g. TV, Fridge, Washing machine etc.).
