Spine glue for bookbinding, for coated paper below 200gsm. transparent beige colored granules

FEATURES HMA, good bonding strength, fast setting, good Brookfield Viscosity (ASTM D3236)
flexibility and hot-resistance performance. About 6000~7000 mPa.s @ 170℃

OPERATION INSTRUCTION
R&B Softening Point (ASTM E28)
1. Recommended operation mode: spray, roll or extrude. About 100~110 C
2. Recommended operation temperature: 160-175℃.
3. The viscosity can be adjusted by changing the glue temperature.
4. It should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive.
5. The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might
be polluted. Gardener Color
6. Recommended environmental temperature: >15℃ About 1.0

STORAGE Can be stored 24 months in a clean dry place, in its PACKAGING

25℃ or below. Storage temperature should not
exceed 35℃ .

CLEAN-UP Mineral oil or paraffin wax, not to exceed flash point

as stated on the MSDS, followed by a thorough purge
with the adhesive itself.

SAFETY MSDS should be consulted for proper handling

before use. Wear safety gloves and goggles
when handling molten adhesive.
