Strengths:
 it is the largest worldwide pizza chain
 it has strong image
 it has quick service
 has increasing international sales
 has large menu selection
 has efficient chain supply

Weaknesses:
 it serves high calorie, high fat foods
 has high employee turnover , no career path for employee
 has decreasing domestic sales

Opportunities:
 new emerging markets where Domino Pizza has limited or no presence
 new online and mobile technology impacting ordering and delivery
methods

Threats:
 current trend towards healthier lifestyles
 there is high competition from other chains as well as independent pizza
shops
 current trend in many markets towards regional tastes
 increase in labor and raw material

from the closest store

 change their raw material to less fat materials. Also, introducing new
pizzas on the menu, that have healthier combination of material
 give employers the ability to evolve at their work in order to make them
more committed and more productive
 use their knowledge on international sales in order to increase domestic
sales as well

ST -
 enrich their large menu with more healthier choices, in order to avoid the
threat of changing lifestyles towards healthier food.
 Use their quick service and their strong brand image in order to eliminate
the threat of competition from other chains or independent pizza stores
 use their large menu and the increasing international sales in order to
adapt regional tastes and make the product more familiar to the customers
 it has efficient supply chain to select suppliers that will not increase the
raw materials prices

 reduce high calorie and high fat products in order to avoid the threat of
the trend of changing to healthier lifestyles

chains and independent pizza stores
