HOUSE RULES

Copies of the course outline including the course policies are to be given by the students
at the beginning of this course.
1. General
- Students are restricted to use their Capitol University G-Suite account upon
registration to the subject 
- Students who need a live lecture of the instructor may request so by email or
personal message in the official google account and may then set a time and date of
the convenience of lecture for the student and the instructor 3 days prior to the
appointment date of the lecture. 
- Students should not use their official Capitol University G-suite account for a
personal transaction outside of Capitol University.

2. Online Class Scheme and Uploading of Class Module:

- An online platform such as personal websites, group chats, google classroom, etc.
shall be set by the instructor for discussions, sharing of ideas and dissemination of
instruction. (e.g. Google Classroom, Messenger, Gmail)
- Messenger group chats are to be created. You are required to join the said group
chat. You will be added by your instructor and/or classmates.
- All modules shall be uploaded to the online platform set by the instructor.
- The number of days for the submission of each assessment shall start immediately
thereafter.
- It is the responsibility of the student to keep updated on the additional instructions
during the course of this subject.
3. Tardiness:
- Students who will unable to finish each module and who were not able to submit
summative requirement in each module shall be given 5.0 on such particular activity.
- Late submission of summative requirement shall be deducted accordingly.
4. Video Conference/Meetings
- Video conference thru Google Meet shall be done as scheduled by the instructor.
- Meeting link is provided in the classroom.
- During the meeting, it is encouraged that all students shall participate by raising
questions and answering questions as deem necessary.
- Voice should be muted during the meeting and shall be enabled only if necessary.
5. Evaluation, Quizzes and Exams
- An online quiz and exams shall be provided after each weekly activity and/or terms.
- Actual quizzes (online quiz for 1 hr duration) shall also be conducted as scheduled
by the instructor.
- Students must submit assignments and other pertinent activities in-line with the
subject to the google classroom designated for the subject. 
- Students must submit assignments and other pertinent activities in-line with the
subject on or before the due date. Submission beyond the deadline will incur point
deductions.
- For activities needing mathematical calculations, students are encourage to submit
solutions in pdf format with corresponding numbering in each solutions.
