Boi Gleser Technik sind weniger Komplikationen zu erwarten, da die eingefUhrte Punktionstrephine innerhalb des Knochons bleibt. Bei der herkémmlichen Methode (Abb. 2) wird dagegen die Corticalis des Wirbelk6r- pers seitlich von dorsal her durchbohrt, wobei eine Verletzungsgefahr fir Spinalnerven und GefaBebesteht. Eine Biopsie des Wirbelkérpers kann nach der neuen Punktionstecht starkerkontrolle in zwei Ebenen durchgefiihrt werden, bei der herkémmlichen Methode DICK, DANIAUX u.a. 2u Fixationszwecken ver corpus vertebrae, durch die linke resp. rechte Wit Lokal-Aniisthesio unter Bildver- eine Vollnarkose ‘ndtig. Klinik RSO in Orebro in Schweden, wurde das CRAIG Biopsie-Instrumentarium aus der Praxis heraus weiterentwickelt. Es enthalt die notwen- digsten Instrumente zur Biopsie am Wirbelkorper, corpus vertebrae.
