Note: It is not possible to upgrade an existing DIGSI 5 V8.30 to DIGSI 5 V8.30 HF1. Uninstall the existing
DIGSI 5 V8.30 version before installing DIGSI 5 V8.30 HF1.
CHDOC00160311 Problem:
The display symbol text with font size 9 cannot be rendered correctly on the
device HMI.
Solution:
Due to technical limitations, it is not possible to support font size 9 for the
display symbol text. Hence, the option to select font size 9 is removed. If
the customer has selected the font size 9 in the existing DIGSI 5 V8.30 pro-
ject, then the customer must change the font size manually to 10 or to a
higher value.
CHDOC00160319 Problem:
If favorite signals are selected in the device, the modified text of some sig-
nals used in the Display Editor is not displayed on the HMI.
Solution:
The modified texts in the Display Editor are correctly shown on the HMI
when favorite settings are configured in the device. It is important that all
the favorite settings must be deselected and selected again before loading
the configuration to the device.
CHDOC00160273 Problem:
Solution:
When the UI language is changed to Chinese, the signal names are cor-
rectly changed in Chinese language by eliminating the “#” character. This
results in valid CFC configuration which can be loaded to the device. Later,
it is possible to connect to this device successfully without any crash.
CHDOC00160203 Problem:
DIGSI crashes when deleting the operational logs when the column “Rela-
tive time” is sorted.
Solution:
DIGSI does not crash when operational logs are deleted when the column
“Relative time” is sorted.
CHDOC00160312 Problem:
DIGSI 5 crashes when the sensor settings data for IO240 is downloaded to
the file stored under %ProgramData% folder. As there is no write access to
the file, DIGSI crashes.
Solution:
If there are no access rights to write the sensor settings to the mentioned
IO240 sensor setting file on the computer, the customer is notified about the
missing write access and DIGSI will not crash. If there is write access, the
IO240 sensor settings are written to the file.
CHDOC00160487 Problem:
DIGSI 5 crashes when importing a DEX file which has no CFC charts, but
the configuration of this device was loaded to the device before exporting to
DEX.
