OVERALL COMMENTS
My class has been fortunate to have Tracy as a teacher candidate. She has excelled in flexibility and problem-solving, especially with respect to the technology and internet issues,
which were beyond her control. Tracy?s commitment to building relationships and connections with our students has been outstanding. She stayed online after school to facilitate
a breakout room for our shy learners, or at lunch to those who want to just engage in a little more one-on-one time. Tracy?s commitment to our class has not only been seen by
me, but also by the parents. As a teacher candidate doing her practicum online, she has not only been exposed to her associate teacher evaluating her, but also, the eyes of all of
our parents. Tracy has made a positive impact on the parents, as seen in the email thanking Tracy for her time and commitment to our students from one of the parents. Wishing
you all the best in your future teaching journey.
