Financial Account Manager

The Financial Account Manager (FAM) will be a key player in ensuring the day to day
financial management of our worldwide client portfolio. The FAM reports directly to the
Director Financial Accounting and shall advise the Account Relationship Managers or other
team members on client financial matters.

The key characteristics of the FAM role are as follows:

- Maintaining bookkeeping and preparing the statutory annual reporting as well as interim
reporting where applicable
- Ensuring all reporting deadlines are met for your client portfolio, including but not
exclusive to, annual financial statements, VAT filing, CIT filing, Dutch Central Bank
reporting
- Working closely with legal and relationship managers as well as our compliance team to
provide insight on how to best service our clients
- Liaising with external parties such as tax advisors, notaries and auditors on a regular
basis
- Responsible for client treasury services and providing support with internal accounting
and payment processes
- Contributing to the continual review of our various internal processes
- Supporting Director Financial Accounting on a variety of ad hoc tasks

Profile:

- Bachelor or master degree in a business, finance or similar

- A highly motivated, hands on, all round team player with a positive can-do attitude is
essential
- An ability to multi task, prioritize and react quickly to client demands in order to meet
tight deadlines
- A strong communicator who is able to voice their opinion and actively receive
feedback
- Previous experience within the financial services sector a big plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken essential, any additional languages are
considered a bonus
- A desire to learn and react positively to challenges
