Question II
You are Sonam from Jakar Central School, Bumthang. Write a letter dealing with any ONE
of the situations given below. [15]

a. Inter-School cultural competition of your dzongkhag is to be held at your school on 11 th

November. You are the cultural captain of your school. Write to the Dzongkhag
Education Officer, Dzongkhag Administration Bumthang, requesting his presence as a
judge. Mention the exact time and venue.

b. As the school captain, you are responsible for organizing the celebration of Teachers’
Day. Write a letter to Karma Grocery Shop placing an order of the items required.
Mention the date for supply and the mode of payment.
c. Write a letter to the Principal of the same school seeking admission as a boarding student
in the next academic year 2021. ( Mention reasons why you want to join as a boarder)
