ALLOCATION OF MATERNITY LEAVE CREDITS

A female worker entitled to materninty benefits may, at her option, allocate up to 7
days of said benefits to the child's father, whether or not the same is married to the
female worker

DEATH OR INCAPACITY OF FEMALE WORKER

Balance shall accrue to thechild's father or to a qualified alternative provided:
