This is the screen to create Organization to use ACONEX. Enter the

‘Organization Name’
Enter the name of the vendor company.

‘Organization Address ~ Postcode’

Enter the address of the vendor company.

By Organization Admin, you can find out by going to Setup -

Organization Details.
You can see the same data that you enter when you register your
vendor organization.
The data entered in the Trading Name is displayed
at the same position as the screen shot.
(This is the name that will be displayed in Aconex)

Enter the Trading Name and Organization

Abbreviation of the Vendor Org by referring to the
Organization Details.

Enter the Admin account information to be initially registe

the Vendor organization. (Given name, Family name,
Address, Phone)
You can create an unlimited number of Aconex users belo
a Vendor organization through the Admin account, wh
initially registered as needed.
If the contractor wishes to manage the Vendor organiz
directly, all procedures and account creation are handled
by the Contractor.

You will even register the Admin account information to be

registered for the first time. (Login Name = Login ID, Password)

After checking the check box, click the Register button and
registration of the Vendor organization and creation of the Admin
account will be completed within 24 hours.

Within the project to be invited (ACTUAL RDMP PROJECT)

Directory - Go to ‘Project Directory’ or ‘Global Directory’.

Click the Invite user button in the top right corner.

Type the Family Name, Given Name, or Vendor Organization name

for the account you want to invite to the Users search field.

If you have multiple users to invite, you can search and select each
one to have their name registered in the Users field.

If you have completed the selection of users you want to invite,

enter the Message field and click the Invite X users button.

The invited user will receive an email like a screenshot.

Now, the Vendor organization (ACTUAL) can also use Aconex in
the RDMP Project.
