Porter’s Five Forces analysis can determine the competitiveness and attractiveness of a
market seek to locate the power in a business situation, its’ current competitive position, and
strength of a position that an organization may enter into. These five forces help in identifying if
the new products and services are potentially profitable. In this Learning Activities Sheets you
will perform different exercises that will help you understand Porter’s Five Forces of

some money from working abroad and in order for him to maximize his savings and to sustain
the needs of his family, he is thinking of putting a business that is good to invest in.
