My role included managing specific accounts as well as coordinating small to large projects such as installing all
new data and voice circuits at single or multiple locations nationally, broadband services, MACD'S (Moves, Adds,
Changes and Disconnects), company relocations, along with the implementation and upgrade processes
necessary for each client. I created a telecom inventory for each of my clients, which included vendors/ carriers,
account numbers, contact names, and all existing and disconnected phone numbers. I was responsible for
negotiating and reviewing contracts as a liaison with the telecom carrier representatives, while checking orders for
account and location information accuracy, establishing due dates, and troubleshooting any issues, ensuring
projects were completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with each individual client's needs.

Dedicated single point of contact who with my team’s support was successful at launching, coordinating, and
managing up to twenty small- and large-scale projects at one time for a telecommunications and networking company.
I did this by performing management functions such as, planning, scheduling, organizing, and tracking processes and
methodologies while ensuring the feasibility of ongoing projects. I worked closely with the project teams to implement
hosted or premise-based installs, wireless networks, scheduling and confirming various vendors needed for cabling/
infrastructure, and upgrades both local, nationwide, and internationally. Conducted detailed Project/Focus
Group/Update meetings on-site or via conference/video calls. I made certain that the stakeholders trusted in our
capabilities and remained confident that the project would be advantageous. I would present to the client a detailed
project plan which was complete with timelines and deliverables. This plan was updated and redistributed accordingly.
Conducted custom tailored Mitel end-user training on-site or via video conferencing. Each project was my responsibility
throughout each phase until the customer was satisfied and was formally transitioned to the customer service
department. Because he trusted in my abilities, I assisted the Vice President of Operations daily by undertaking crucial
assignments. I was regularly asked to supervise the Installations Department when he was unavailable. I ensured that

with price comparisons for existing and prospective clients. I worked closely with installations team to ensure that the
carrier piece of the project went smoothly. Acted as an advocate for the client with the carriers, provided advice and
coordination. Key team player in the company's ground-breaking Hosted Solution – Cloud9. Trained my replacement
and her successor for this position. Promoted after demonstrating that I had the work ethic and the skill set of a
successful Project Manager.
