This EXTENDED WARRANTY Hydraulic Excavators contract covers the machine:

1. The warranty established hereby includes additional cover up to 10.000 hours or 60 months,
whichever comes first.
2. During the period specified, SANY shall, by its own choice, repair or replace any part or parts
that, after inspection, are found to be defective in terms of material or assembly. The parts
and/or labor required for this repair or replacement shall be provided by SANY, the SANY
distributor or other service facility authorized by SANY, at no extra cost to the user, during the
normal working hours established.
3. The aforementioned part or parts repaired or replaced shall be guaranteed for the remainder of
the warranty period applicable to the equipment assembled.
4. The warranty shall not apply to:
a. Filter elements: Engine air filter element, hydraulic oil filter element, precision diesel
filter, rough diesel filter element
b. Oils: Hydraulic oil, engine oil, grease lubricant, antifreeze
c. Others: Coolant, glass, rear view mirror, filters, grease, oil cup, belt, gasket, rubber
articles, fuse, cables, carbon brush, lamp, locker, grease nozzles, injector nozzle, fuel
pump piston, outlet valve, bucket, bucket teeth, pins, sleeves and related parts which
are connected to the bucket, track shoe, battery, radio, cigarette lighter and other similar
parts.
d. SANY reserves the right to deal with this claim directly or to divert it to the supplier or its
representative.
5. Defects and/or functional difficulties attributable to:
a. any change or modification made to the product without the prior written authorization of
SANY
b. operating, maintenance and storage in ways not approved by SANY
c. repairs made by someone who is not the authorized distributor or service facilities that
are not authorized or the use of a part or component that is not approved by SANY
d. use of accessories and/or implements not approved by SANY.
6. SANY shall not be obliged or responsible for the following under this warranty:
a. The maintenance and handling of the equipment, including the replacement of
lubricants, fuel, inspection or fine-tuning.
b. Any wearing part, where these parts are replaced as part of normal maintenance or
handling.
c. Failure to meet the standards specified in this operating and maintenance manual.
7. The owner agrees to use only original spare parts for all machine components. Only SANY or
its representative may supply original spare parts.
8. SANY is not obliged to cover the following under warranty:
a. Oils, lubricants, inspections or adjustments for normal maintenance, repairs or service
operations, costs of auxiliary resources or transport (cranes, trucks, etc.).
b. Any consumable part when its replacement is due to normal use of the equipment, this
being considered a maintenance operation.
c. The hire of a replacement machine in the event of a fault or loss of profits as a result
of that fault.
9. No warranty shall be offered on items made by other manufacturers when these items are
guaranteed by said manufacturers, although SANY shall assist in the processing of warranty
claims with these manufacturers, provided that this assistance under no circumstances
becomes a liability or responsibility for SANY.
 10. Excluded from this WARRANTY are any repairs necessary on machines as a result of or
caused by undue use, overloads, fire, collisions, accidents or defective daily maintenance, as
well as all materials used in maintenance, such as filters, oils, greases, etc. Not included in this
are daily maintenance operations, which must be performed by the customer according to the
provisions of the operator manual.
11. The above warranty is exclusive and renders all other warranties null and void, whether they
are written, oral, express or tacit, including any commercial viability or suitability warranty for a
certain purpose.
12. The owner agrees to inform SANY at the stipulated hours to carry out the inspections on the
machine, as required by the manufacturer. Where these do not take place for reasons
attributable to the owner, the warranty shall be automatically cancelled. It is obligatory to carry
out all inspections.
13. SANY reserves the right to accept work under warranty or repairs when the customer has debts
of any kind outstanding with SANY or with any of its authorized distributors and in the event of a
breach of any of the clauses of the Contract of Sale or of this Warranty.
14. The terms of this warranty may not be replaced or re-initiated once the initial delivery date has
been established.
15. This warranty is not transferable to a different end user unless there is a written consent from
SANY.
16. The client agrees of a deductible rate amount to EUR 500.00. on every claim
17. Compensation for each insurance claim is reduced by the agreed deductible rate.
18. In case that several damages occur the deductible rate is being deducted in each case
individually.
19. In case, however, that several damages occur to the same object and in addition a causal link
exists between these damages, the deductible rate is deducted only once.

The responsibility of SANY under this warranty is expressly limited to the conditions specified above
and under no circumstances shall it be liable for any general, special, incidental or consequential
damages or financial or moral loss due to a fault of the Products that is not expressly assumed by
SANY under this warranty.
