 WALMART is one of the most giant non-living


body in this world.
 WALMART is a retail giant selling things from pin
to piano under one roof.
 In 2004 WALMART was ranked #1 by FORTUNE
500 magazine for the first time.
 In 2012 WALMART regained the #1 spot with an
elephant revenue of $469.2 billion, $20 billion
more than the #2 spot.
 WALMART operates in 27 countries with highest
employment of 2.2million people.

POLITICAL

 Donates to the governor but at times still faces


huge problems like issue regarding locking
employees in store at night, fake sustainability
display, etc.
 No steps taken towards political aspects until
1998.
 In 2006, it was the No. 1 corporate political
contributor.
 Due to no stable government and no proper
direction of government in South Africa, Walmart
is unable to expand.
ECONOMIC

 Walmart is blamed for slow GDP when its sales


are poor. For the matter of fact that it contribute
2.3% of GDP of the US economy and the same
concept is seen in china.
 Also in benefit when its sales are up to the level
while the economy is slow reason being fall in
customer’s income leads them to buy in cheaper
retail markets.
 More the cut on wages more will be the profit and
thus more will be the tax amount.
