Terms and Conditions:

General
1. A completed signup agreement received by JobsCentral (via fax or email or original copies) will be treated as
a legally binding contract between JobsCentral and the Client for services as described in the signup
agreement.
2. The Client remains liable for full payment of the purchased package in event that the subscribed package is
deactivated and/or cancelled before expiry.
3. The Client shall ensure that all logos, contents and materials provided are not copyrighted or the Client has
procured the rights to those content and materials. The Client further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
JobsCentral (M) Sdn Bhd from and against all claims, actions, liabilities, proceedings, damages, costs and
expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the content and materials provided by the
Client.
4. Client is to settle all outstanding arrears before purchasing any additional products or services.
5. JobsCentral reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without
prior notice.

Payment Matters
1. For package amount below RM1,000, upfront payment is required before credits are allocated. For packages
between RM1,000 and RM2,000 value, 7 days term is provided. For packages above RM2,000, 30 days term
is provided.
2. All billing will be made upon receipt of sign up agreement.
3. JobsCentral reserves full rights to change the above terms based on its assessment of credit risk.
4. JobsCentral reserves the rights and discretion to ask for upfront payment from any of its Clients.
5. All payment to be made to JobsCentral (M) Sdn Bhd within the payment terms.
6. No refunds and cancellations will be entertained.
7. Prices include prevailing government GST rates.

Job Postings
1. All packages expire upon usage of all allocated credits or one year, unless otherwise stated, from effective
start date, whichever happens earlier. Any remaining unused job postings or credits will be forfeited.
2. Each recruitment ad is for one job title only and will last for 30 days.
3. JobsCentral reserves the rights to delete job postings deemed inappropriate or discriminatory without prior
notices to the posting firm. There will be no credit or monetary refund for such cases.
4. Data entry services will be provided for Direct Employer Premium Job Postings upon request. Jobs will be
posted on the same working day if they are received before 2pm and in soft copy (via email in .doc or .txt
format) and the next working day if they are received after 2pm.

Database Mining
1. The database mining services are for recruitment purposes only. JobsCentral reserves the right to disable
accounts if Clients are suspect or found to abuse or misuse the database mining services.
2. Only one concurrent user is allowed to use the database mining service at any one time.
3. Packages are valid as per the period stated in the agreement. After this period, the package will auto-expire,
and any remaining unused credits will be forfeited.
4. Each DB mining credit allows the user ten pending requests up to a cap of 10,000 requests at any one time.
5. The Client undertakes to use this service for staff recruitment purpose only.
6. This package is for the Client’s exclusive use only. The Client is not allowed to resell, give away or transfer the
credits to any 3rd party without JobsCentral’s written approval.
7. Violation of any of the above terms may result in account termination and no refund will be provided.
8. Full upfront payment is required for unlimited database mining package.

Banner
1. Banner design and artwork will be provided by the Client per specific format and file size stated by
JobsCentral. A RM500 fee applies if JobsCentral is not able to use the provided artwork as-is. Separate
quotations will be provided if the Clients requires design or layout work.
2. Confirmation of banner bookings is subjected to availability of inventory.
3. All banners are rotational, with minimum SOV of 25% each.
4. Full upfront payment is required for banner purchases.

Electronic Direct Mailers (EDM)

1. Emailer service is only for career and training related promotional contents.
2. Client with ready artwork is to provide it in HTML format, overall file size less than 200KB.
3. All artwork should reach JobsCentral at least five working days prior to the send out date. Delays will be
expected if the five-working-days requirement is not met.
4. EDM requiring layout works will be charged RM1,200 per EDM layout. A minimum of ten working days are to
be allowed for layout work with up to two rounds of changes. Late or non-response from Clients during this
period will affect the EDM schedule and JobsCentral will not be held responsible for schedule delay
due to such incidences.
5. Full upfront payment is required for our EDM service.
