Attitude By Family
Our Families like their kids to be sold as
“Engineer in US / Metro’s with high pay” and
prepares their kid to be exported not for a
business in US but for a Job in US.
 Negative Branch Attitude by
educational Institutions
 Educational institutions are measured in
terms of “Placements”, Though we have
the best institutes, they manufactures
software/ any category machines, not an
entrepreneur. we find it difficult to get a
man power for local use, because they are
exported. The students were conditioned
by institutions to be exported in at least
metros. They need 100% Placement Rate
at Good Salary to get more admissions.
Negative Branch Attitude by the People
who are exported.
 People who went into the comfort zone of a life
in Metro / abroad find it hard to return & settle in
Virudhunagar. Though we shout “Ghar AAJAA
Pardesi Mera Desh Bula Rahe hain”, they will
come and clap and tend to go back & don’t stay
home.

based on Windows platform. Our colleges are
focused in educating students on Windows
Platform.
 No IIT, No Software Companies, No Govt.
has not initiated the process of developing a
platform to run the software. Because they
are funded by Microsoft on some way

development, the software king arrives

companies
 Encourage local players. If they are not
competitive then Develop your Own by hiring
talents. we mean to say don’t buy a software,
but invest to develop a software for your
Productivity. This is the way ambanis are doing,
Tata sons are doing.
 Who knows, your own software might be a
benchmark tool for productivity, like JIT of
toyato & Six sigma of Motorola.
 Don’t donate for colleges The Institutions are
not going to produce talents for you. They are
in export market. But build a institute for your
company, like what TATAs, Ambanis, Shiv
nadar has.
If these changes happens then

come up, more and more to

organizations as well as Global.
