Majority shareholder (84.7%) is Henkel Nederland BV which ultimately owned
by Henkel KGaA, Duesseldorf, Germany and the local partner (15.3%) is
Marison NV
In 2008 Acquisition of the adhesives and electronic materials businesses of
National Starch planned. Largest acquisition in the company’s history

2004 – 2005 : Upgraded and optimized process flow and plant facilities for
WB and HM.
2005 : Successful audit for ISO 9001 and 14001 in 2005
2005 : Successful supplier audit for Phillip Morris & PT. Dirgantara
Indo.
2005 : Relocated and consolidated all external non-compliant
warehouses into a 3PL warehouse located in an appropriate
industrial zone.
2006 : Obtained OHSAS 18001 certification.
2006 : Relocated MPT, Rolling Oils and Solvent based products to
an international state of the art tolling operation in Jan 2007.
2007 : Significant improvements in all process and supply chain
