Con Forms spiders are designed and built to fill a customer need for cost-efficient solutions in articulating-boom concrete
placement. From low-ceiling interior work to high-rise placement and mat pours, our versatility meets the challenges of
everyday operations. Fast installation and minimal jobsite impact helps owners and operators perform more jobs at less
cost than traditional methods, including truck-mounted booms or full-scale separate placing booms. Our compact and
simple designs are backed by quality components and manufacturing, and are the first products of their kind to be CPMA
safety certified to the ASME B30-27 Standard.

OVERVIEW 18-3 SPIDER TECHNICAL DATA

The 18-3 is a cost-effective and low-impact alternative to tower-mounted placing booms. Unlike its Dimension Metric Imperial 20
large-scale cousins, the compact 18-3 spider has: Vertical Reach from Ground 20.5 m 67 ft
Horizontal Reach 18 m 59 ft
Low Jobsite Impact Depth of Reach 12 m 39 ft
■■ No gaping holes in multiple floors to be designed, built, and filled in. Minimum Unfolding Height 5.65 m 18.5 ft 15 220°
■■ Minimal shoring from underneath due to the spider’s fractional levels of weight and loading.
Number of Boom Sections 3
■■ Minimal risk of interference with tower cranes above.

OVERVIEW 16-Z TRAK SPIDER TECHNICAL DATA

Dimension Metric Imperial

The 16-Z is a cost-effective solution for all low-ceiling indoor concrete placements. The low 13’ 1” 18
Vertical Reach from Ground 18 m 59 ft
opening height allows for operations all the way into most commercial and warehouse pours. The
Horizontal Reach 16 m 52.5 ft
maneuverability of the track unit combined with the small outrigger profile allows for custom machine setups to match the 15 230°
Depth of Reach 10 m 32.8 ft
jobsite dimensions, resulting in the maximum coverage possible. The 74 HP, tier 4 Perkins engine with flow-through DPF
allows this tracked unit to work indoors without inconvenient emissions service intervals. For non-flat applications, the Minimum Unfolding Height 4m 13 ft

Perkins can power the unit up to 46% grade (25°) terrains and adjust for unlevel conditions up to 20°. This tracked unit is Number of Boom Sections 4
