You don't have to become a whole different person to be a successful leader.

You've just got to

change the actions you're doing. Adjust what you're doing, not who you are. Anything you learn of
working with and managing teams is really about "doing." Getting to know people, caring, listening—
all acts you should do, regardless of your attitude. Changing what you do doesn't take a lot of time
and effort, but it does entail a change of mind. You have to ask for suggestions, do various things and
figure out what works for you, and then put it into reality. Good leader should influence organizations
and be informed by the people they lead-through shared respect and learning experience. They need
to ensure the short and long-term well-being and progress of individuals, teams and organisations.
They are the role model for helping others succeed. They should have a high level of enthusiasm,
share and stick to a consistent set of principles, be balanced and predictable, listen and connect well,
lead from the front, motivate success, connect, enable-leaders take difficult decisions and blame but
share the glory. They should lead with Influence not Authority. Great leaders should recognize that it
takes a great team to be successful. So, they lead from a place of influence instead of authority. And
by doing so, they will continue to have a positive impact on their business and to the world.
Leadership is not a position, it's an attitude...
