Instructions:
Students will do a short presentation in class on the Facilitators of Globalization based on the
group they are assigned to. The presentation should include the following:
1. A brief background on the institution/organization (year of establishment, location of
headquarters, reasons for establishment etc.)
(for the groups with TNCs you can choose 1 or 2 major TNCs as an example but also a
general background should be given on TNCs)

2. Functions/aims of the institution.

3. Impacts of the institution on the Caribbean (impacts can be positive or negative, also
include Caribbean examples)
